Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for payout on any digital good, the following steps must be taken:

-Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date

1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting info@groundupphysio.com.

2. If you do not feel that the program will make you stronger and more flexible, email us at info@groundupphysio.com. We require that you try the program for 7 days and reach out regarding any questions or concerns that you have. We require getting on a zoom call to discuss these concerns if you are still having concerns that this program will not benefit you. After discussion, we will decide whether you have given the program sufficient dedication, time and effort to assimilate the information. If this is the case, we will send over $500 for trying the program.
