Additionally to our 1-on-1 physio treatment, we offer dynamic, experiential, online workshops.

 

Our holistic workshops are here to give you back control over your health and wellbeing. They will educate and empower you to reclaim responsibility of your health and provide simple, actionable guidance on reclaiming strong, pain-free and resilient bodies. Having the skills and knowledge to take care of yourself is a vital part of wellbeing. We aim to inspire you to adopt a more proactive mindset when it comes to keeping your bodies moving and feeling well.

Moms & Dads, young & old, office and manual workers, weekend warriors as well as professional athletes – we are all exposed to the same constructs of modern society that lead to common movement dysfunctions. Our workshops are geared to everyone (symptomatic or not) seeking to optimize their physical health and improve their movement and lifestyle. 

Whether your goal is injury prevention, rehab or physical performance, our online workshops are designed to be interactive education experiences that will help to transform your health by:

  • Creating more awareness about your body and teaching you how to move better 

  • Learning the root causes why most people tend to suffer from nagging aches & pain

  • Understanding how our environment shapes our behaviours and tips on modifying our day to day habits and physical space

FOUNDATION WORKSHOP - FEET & ANKLES

Discover your feet and ankles and the integral role they play in your overall body movement

In this workshop, we cover the fundamentals. Our goal is to provide participants a simple but comprehensive understanding of how our feet are supposed to move and teach tangible solutions they can walk away with (pun intended)!
 

The course will be a mix of theoretical and practical knowledge covering:

 

  • Why we should actually care about feet

  • Common causes of Foot Dysfunction

  • Current treatment & common myths in the fitness & rehab industry

  • Baseline understanding of what our feet should be able to do

  • Guided Self-Assessment

  • Movements to address foot & ankle mobility and strength

  • Q&A

BACK & HIP HEALTH WORKSHOP

Get to the root of your back stiffness so you can enjoy your hobbies with peace of mind


The goal of this online workshop is to empower participants with the knowledge to understand the underlying root causes why so many suffer from nagging low back aches AND give you actionable strategies & exercises that will impact your body today!
 

The course will be a mix of theoretical and practical knowledge covering:

  • Common causes for low back pain and myths in the rehab and fitness industry

  • Prevention is the best medicine: daily practices/strategies for keeping your back young

  • Baseline understanding of what our back should be able to do

  • Breathing exercises to encourage more ribcage & spinal flexibility

  • Deliberate strength exercises to get your lower limb sharing the load with your low back

  • Q&A
